Terms & Conditions

By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to our terms, you may not use this site. RHS Plumbing and Heating Merchants LTD (incorporating both Bathrooms and Beyond & Boilers and Beyond) reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such alterations, modifications or updates on any subsequent visits.

Delivery of Items
The delivery of goods to you will be carried out by a third party delivery company, unless you fall within our own delivery area, which is roughly 20-25 miles from our destination, then we will  endeavor to use our own vehicle (full details available on request). Delivery may be made in one or more installments. Any change to the delivery details after the goods have been passed to the carrier for delivery, may incur an additional charge to yourselves.
If an item on your delivery is damaged, make a note of the damage on the delivery paperwork and
contact us with the details, as soon as possible. Do not refuse delivery unless all items are damaged. IF YOU REFUSE A DELIVERY WITH UNDAMAGED ITEMS THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REDELIVERY OF THOSE ITEMS.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability will be accepted for late deliveries. Please DO NOT arrange a Plumber/Heating Engineer until the goods have arrived to yourselves.
The delivery will be made by a single driver so please be aware that if you have ordered any bulky items then please make sure there is at least one able bodied person to help unload the delivery with the driver. For health and safety reasons, the driver cannot carry heavy items on his own.
The driver will place the delivery at a single location at or near the property entrance. The driver may assist you to take the delivery indoors, but this is entirely at the drivers discretion, they are not obliged to do this.
Please note any shortages on delivery must be notified within 5 working days. We will not accept any liability for shortages reported after this period.

Checking goods for damages
(Please note this applies to damages only, we allow a reasonable amount of time to check for faulty items).
For small items you agree to check for damages on delivery and if the box or item look damaged then you must mark the delivery paperwork as damaged. We cannot accept any damages if we are not notified within 5 working days.
For bulky Deliveries you agree to check the delivery for visible transit damage before signing the delivery note. Once the deliver paperwork is signed, even if its signed “unchecked” or similar, you are accepting that the delivery has no obvious transit damage. No claims can be made for transit damage if the paperwork is not marked as damaged. If the driver refuses to wait while you check for damage then please
contact us as soon as possible.

Pricing Errors
Please be aware that in the event there are any pricing errors on our site we will not be bound to honour any orders placed at that price.

Returns Policy
Once we have been notified by yourself of an item you wish to return, we will issue you with a returns form and a returns number. This must be completed in full and returned with the item. If the item is faulty then there will obviously be no re-stocking charge. If you have simply changed your mind then we reserve the right to charge a restocking charge at our discretion. Any non-faulty goods returned must reach us in fully re-saleable condition otherwise no refund will be issued (please do not write anything on the product packaging or it will not be deemed as re-saleable). We advise you to take out insurance when you return the goods to ourselves as we cannot accept any responsibility for the items you return until they arrive back with ourselves. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. Failure to supply us with a valid returns form and returns number will incur an additional charge for the extra work involved in tracing your order.
